Our local Meals on Wheels certainly lives up to its reputation of providing More than Just a Meal. Nourishing brain as well as body is something that all of us, no matter our chronological age, require to thrive. And Meals on Wheels provides a vitally important service in our community by supporting seniors who choose to live independently and in their own homes.

Farmer Rob thoroughly enjoyed chatting to and with the group. After his talk, he and the group members reminisced about the district's farming history generally and their personal memories of growing up and working on farms in the Milton-Ulladulla district and beyond.

Meals on Wheels plays a vital role in supporting social connection and combatting loneliness among seniors in our communities. You can support their efforts by becoming a volunteer or by making a donation.

On behalf of Narrawilly Dairy and Farmer Rob, a big thank you to Southern Shoalhaven Zone Meals on Wheels for keeping the connection between local farmers and local community.
